It was developed by the game studio SingleTrac using the concept and the engine of their earlier series Twisted Metal, and published by GT Interactive, for PlayStation. The soundtrack includes “The Rascal King” by The Mighty Mighty Bosstones and “Snake Eyes” by Nashville Pussy.
