Point Construction:Points are broken into four repeating phases:1. Aim: Adjust your aim, power, and spin to make sure you put your opponent on their back foot.2. Recover: Move back to the center of the court or sneak up to the net as your opponent focuses on tracking down your shot.3. Predict and Prepare: Predict your opponent’s shot and prepare your response. Better predictions and sticking to your prepared shot result in increased accuracy. 4. Move to shot: Balance court position, ball height, incoming speed, and more to find the best spot to take your next shot.
