We are all on a Deathmarch
Deathmarch is an environmental strategy game that deals with the toll of consumerism, population explosion and deforestation has on the environment.
Objective
The primary goal is to ensure your world survives through the year.
Like any place on the plane the population in the game has certain needs such as:
HousesFoodEconomy
You have to strategically build infrastructure to satisfy these needs by the end of the year or else the population suffers & you loose. However, each infrastructure project takes a toll on the environment gradually polluting it.You have to carefully manage your infrastructure projects such that they don’t harm the environment and at the same time satisfies the demands of the population.However you will soon realize the toll consumerism & population explosion takes on the environment.
Like the real world, the population in the game is on a Deathmarch!
Controls
Move – WASD, arrow keys
Rotate Camera – Middle Mouse Button
Select – RMB
De-select – LMB
Place Objects- Use the UI menu
Save The Planet
Do your bit to save the planet by funding organizations like the British Red Cross. They have a well organized climate action program and with all our support we can make a change together.
What they do
From responding to storms in UK to preparing for cyclones in Bangladesh & tackling forest fires in Australia, the British Red Cross does a  lot of work to postpone doomsday. For more information:
