Balance Racer is the outcome of one of the various Game-A-Week’s I participated in during my second year of University, with a theme of “Physics”.This was a very fun game to create, and although its really hard to get grips with the control scheme, I think this is part of the charm – It’s an almost QWOP-like challenge controlling the car to try to navigate through physics-puzzle-like tracks.  I think there’s a really enjoyable game at the heart of this prototype, and something that could continue to be developed and fleshed out with interesting layers of mechanics.
