Mac users: If you get a permission error when trying to open the game, I recommend trying to install it using the itch.io app or you can try executing the following in the command line:
cd [to the directory where TheProfessional.app is located] cd TheProfessional.app/Contents/MacOS chmod +x TheProfessional.app/Contents/MacOS/The Professional
Then hold control + right click on the application and select Open
