My entry for the Web Mini Jam (1/8/2023)!
This is a retro-inspired platformer I made using Godot, Aseprite, and Tilesetter. It includes webs for the player to bounce off of and a lack of a ground floor/crumbling floor sections to meet the web theme and “there is no ground” limitation.
You play as a vampire escaping a castle that’s starting to crumble away. I used color palettes based on the ones used on the Gameboy Color and 8 bit-style sound effects to give the game a retro feel.
