You need to repair the electrical panels and activate the generator in this underground hospital where genetic experiments are conducted on individuals sentenced to death. You need electricity to contact the military! Remember, this is a remote location where radio frequencies are weak, and you are all alone.

Arsenal – WeaponsTired of running away from the creature? Find the hidden weapon in the game and become the hunter. The creature may become enraged in this situation.
Increasing TensionDon’t waste your time. As the game progresses, the creature will grow stronger, get to know you, and be able to sense you from a greater distance.
TremorsThis place seems outdated. Occasionally, there might be minor tremors underground. Stay still during the tremors!
Mental HealthYour mental health will decline no matter what you do. However, try to remain calm during tremors. Mental health is important.
