Field of the Dead is a story-driven post-apocalyptic sci-fi horror. A thick fog hangs over a ruined planet, and the player wakes up in a city under siege by the endless undead. They soon meet a friendly survivor named Alphonso, who helps the player become strong enough to attempt to traverse the dangerous field toward a giant warp gate.
The mysterious field becomes more dangerous as players battle within it, drawing nightmarish creatures to the chaos. Wield a variety of ranged and melee space weapons against hordes of zombies and mutants. Level up, assign skill points for unique effects, fight bosses, acquire rare mods and vehicles, and gather collectibles.
The world extends far beyond the field – explore infested factories, laboratories, acid mines, a research hospital, and many other parts of the city to uncover the secrets of the apocalypse.
The game supports both single-player and multiplayer modes (up to four players).
