Oaths of Light is set in Meadran. A world still recovering from a recent war that opposed the kingdom of Meadran and the Elmeians, people of the forest. At the heart of this conflict: Magic. In fact, a new usage for magic as a source of energy was discovered. And both sides fearing what a bad usage of such power could lead to started a race for power until an armed conflict happened.Our story takes place eleven years after the war ended. Scars from it are still fresh, and the winners, the Kingdom of Meadran, have established rules and strict control for the use of magic.Everything begins at Reimber Village, the peaceful home of our main character. A troubling repetitive dream, people disappearing, a mysterious stranger, and an unexpected journey to the kingdom’s capital. This is how Eden’s adventure begins.
